• Bijan Robinson had a pretty good rookie season statistically.

He rushed for 976 yards, averaged 4.6 yards per carry, scored four rushing touchdowns, caught 58 passes for 487 yards, and added four more receiving touchdowns. But there are also some unknown factors that seem to be with him heading into 2024.

Granted, Robinson's rookie season was good enough to make a splash on social media and showcase his unique talents to football audiences. But from the 2023 NFL Combine to the 2023 NFL Draft to Atlanta, the hype he received seemed a bit undeserved.

Robinson plans to change that in 2024, in large part because he finally has time to recharge after his rookie season and feels refreshed.

"It's like night and day," Robinson told NFL Network Insiders Mike Garafalo and Tom Pelissero on Tuesday on "Insider." "Last year was a full year, two full years of just hustling and always having something to do. But this year, I've had time to relax and just rest my mind and my heart, which has been awesome.

"Even just being back for training camp and practices, now that I've got a handle on everything, I feel really good about myself as a player right now, not only for myself but for this team, as a leader and everything. So, I think having a real offseason is really beneficial. It's just been a blessing to be able to hang out with my teammates and have fun and not have to worry about being a rookie anymore."
